In 1882 a French perfume house, Guerlain, introduced a soothing lip balm with a bordeaux wine additive. Many woman have used it as a salve for cuticles, cracked lips, and chapped nipples after nursing.
Does anyone know the name of the balm? I have searched and searched, please help.|||You can easily make your own using the base from New Directions, in fact you can mix just about any flavors you want with this base to make your own custom lip balm. You just need to microwave, add flavor and pour into your container of choice.
