When is a good time to wear shimmery face powder? in the morning or at night?

the makeup product is called Guerlain by emilio pucci, its called meteorites and its all shiny. i heard that it makes the skin dewy, but i dont remember which time of the day it is.|||Love that brand :)


Products with shimmer generally are generally more appropriate at night, for "going out," unless the shimmer is very fine. Apply it to the high points of your face (crest of forehead, cheekbones), and if you feel like it, across your chest and collarbones.|||in the evening for a special occasion or when out at night, that is a good products btw! it is better to keep skin looking as natural as possible in the morning!
