I need something really high-quality, it doesn't matter what it costs (just as long as it's from a reliable makeup company). I've heard that Urban Decay's Primer Potion is good, and someone recommended Guerlain's to me the other day... does anyone know if this is true? I know the L'Or茅al's supposed to be OK as well. Please recommend something good :)|||Urban Decay in Sinful is awesome! I've bought it for years now. It's a champagne color, so you can wear it by itself as a creme shadow for days when you get ready in a hurry, or use it as a primer for powdered shadows. It holds up all day.
